Solar panels installation is a good investment, but without proper maintenance your investment not protected. Cleaning your solar panels regularly is the best way to protect your panels and investments.
What we are doing
We know the difficulties of cleaning the solar panels by manually, it needs lot of efforts especially high-rise solar panel cleaning is a risk for cleaning the solar panels manually.
We are having a solution to clean the solar panels automatically by our system, in this system filtered water pumped through designed size pipes and the water sprayed over the solar panels at specified pressure ( Not exceed 30 PSI) by the selected nozzles. The system connected with timer for automatically on and off the system.
Generally, the system on time programmed before the energy production starts. ie., 5 AM to 6 AM depends of the sun raises, the system running time only by 2 to 3 minutes for a cleaning. The frequent of the cleaning depends on the rust formation accrued on the panels, say your panels are near to the main road, industries, crushers .. it may need daily cleaning schedule.

Water Required for Cleaning the Panel
The water required for cleaning the system depends on the types of spray nozzles. Generally, 6 to 7.5 ltrs of water required to clean the one panel.
We are now initiated to install GUTTER system in the solar panels and collect the 80% of the water and re use the it.
